2015 Network Freeze

Please note that our network freeze will be in place from 6 pm on 16/12/2015 and will last until 10 am on 04/01/2016. During this time, any change requests that involve the Fluidata core network will be postponed until the resumption of normal services on 04/01/2016. This is to ensure existing services are not affected by a lack of resource by the network operator. Additionally, our seasonal office shutdown will take place following close of business on 23/12/2015, lasting until 10 am on 04/01/2015. This will affect all areas of the business besides the Technical Support team, who will remain available throughout the festive period on 0207 099 8999 or by email at email@example.com.
