Role Overview: 

This role is responsible for leading and developing the Sales Development team at FluidOne, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and high-quality new business opportunities for the wider sales organisation.
The SDR Manager will lead a team responsible for identifying and engaging new prospects across target markets, creating opportunities for the sales team to convert into revenue. The role focuses on coaching, performance management, and implementing scalable outbound strategies that drive predictable pipeline growth.
You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing and Sales Operations to ensure the SDR function operates effectively and contributes directly to FluidOne’s continued growth.

 

Responsibilities: 

  •  

Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, coach, and inspire the SDR team to exceed lead generation and conversion targets
• Conduct weekly 1:1s focused on performance, skill development, and career progression
• Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Manage SDR onboarding, training, and development through structured frameworks

 Process Execution & Collaboration

• Ensure consistent use of outreach playbooks and qualification methodologies (e.g. BANT)
• Monitor research quality and enforce high standards in lead qualification
• Partner with Marketing on campaign execution and lead follow-up workflows
• Streamline SDR to AM/AE/BD team handoff for smooth opportunity transition once promoted into senior sales teams.

Performance & Pipeline Management
• Track team KPIs across outreach, conversion, and pipeline contribution
• Leverage CRM dashboards and analytics to drive coaching and optimisation
• Manage and administer SDR incentives, including commission structures

 

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of SDR/Inside Sales management experience, ideally in B2B tech or IT services, cloud, connectivity or cyber
• Strong understanding of outbound strategies, qualification frameworks, and sales development best practices
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
• Proven track record of building, scaling, and developing high-performing sales teams
• Analytical, data-driven approach to performance and process improvement
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• A passion for leading and developing top talent, especially early-career sales professionals
• Regular performance reports to sales leadership and identify growth opportunities
