Role Overview:

You will own and grow FluidOne’s Microsoft CSP licensing revenue across the SMB and mid-market customer base, working closely with Account Managers and Customer Success to drive net-new, upsell, and renewal opportunities. The role combines commercial ownership of CSP subscriptions with hands-on support to simplify licensing for customers and ensure they are correctly sized, optimised, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

    • Grow Microsoft CSP (NCE) revenue and margin across SMB and mid-market accounts, with clear new business, upsell, and retention targets.
    • Act as the go-to specialist for Microsoft 365, Azure, and related cloud subscriptions, advising customers and sales teams on optimal licence mixes for their needs.
    • Design and present licensing proposals, quotations, and commercial options that clearly show cost, value, and licensing implications.
    • Own the CSP lifecycle: onboarding, moves/adds/changes, renewals, and tenant optimisation using Partner Center and CSP tooling.
    • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (e.g. M365 upgrade paths, security add-ons, Azure growth) using consumption and billing data.
    • Run regular CSP reviews with key customers to right-size licensing, improve adoption, and reduce risk of churn.
    • Maintain high data quality for licensing, billing, and subscription records, working with operations and finance on accurate invoicing and P&L tracking.
    • Keep FluidOne teams up to date on Microsoft CSP, NCE, pricing, promotions, and incentives; deliver short enablement sessions for sales and account management.
    • Ensure adherence to Microsoft licensing terms, CSP programme requirements, and partner security standards.

 Skills and Experience:

    • Strong, recent experience in Microsoft CSP / NCE licensing in an MSP, VAR, or distributor supporting SMB and mid-market customers.
    • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 (Business / E3 / E5), security add-ons, and Azure subscription/licensing models.
    • Confident using Microsoft Partner Center and related CSP tools for subscription management, reporting, and optimisation.
    • Proven track record of hitting revenue, margin, or growth targets in a licensing or cloud subscription sales role.
    • Commercially astute, comfortable building business cases and explaining pricing and options to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to act as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams.

Desirable

    • Microsoft fundamentals certifications (e.g. MS-900, AZ-900) or equivalent experience.
    • Experience working with indirect CSP providers and leveraging their tools, incentives, and programmes.
    • Understanding of adjacent Microsoft areas (security, modern workplace, Azure infrastructure) to support wider FluidOne solution sales
