Role Overview: 

 We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Compliance & Legal Administrator to support our Head of Compliance and Head of Legal across a broad range of governance, compliance and legal activities. This role is ideal for someone with excellent attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about continuous improvement. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Compliance and Legal function. 
  • Complete customer and supplier due diligence questionnaires and coordinate supporting evidence. 
  • Manage and maintain shared Compliance and Legal inboxes, ensuring requests are triaged and actioned promptly. 
  • Support the maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring policies, procedures and records remain accurate and up to date. 
  • Assist with preparation for internal and external ISO audits, including coordinating evidence, tracking actions and supporting departments to remain audit ready. 
  • Coordinate Health & Safety meetings with Office Managers, record actions and monitor completion. 
  • Maintain compliance trackers, registers, audit actions and governance documentation. 
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and support continuous improvement across the business. 
  • Assist with order form generation and document creation. 
  • Provide general administrative support to compliance, legal and business continuity activities. 

 

Requirements:  

  • Previous experience in an administrative, compliance or governance support role. 
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint). 
  • Experience supporting ISO management systems or audits is desirable. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
