These results follow the business attracting a strategic investment by Livingbridge, one of the UK’s leading mid-market private equity investors, and agreeing a new tiered debt facility.

FluidOne’s organic revenue increased by 11% year-on-year from £26.0m to £28.8m and Underlying EBITDA rose by 33% from £2.4m to £3.2m (underlying is before group costs and exceptional items). Annual customer retention of 96% reflected FluidOne’s promotion in 2019 to the number one position for customer experience in UK telecoms as measured by NPS.
