Full Job Specification:

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Consultancy Lead to manage the successful delivery of NetSuite solutions to external customers across Finance, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Services. This role combines hands-on NetSuite expertise, client engagement, and team leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality.

The ideal candidate is a trusted client advisor who can lead complex ERP programs while managing and mentoring a team of consultants. This role will also lead on our relationship with Oracle Netsuite ensuring best value for the company through rebates and discounts.

The role will include oversight of our internal roll out of Netsuite as an ERP for the FluidOne business.

Main responsibilities:

Client Delivery & Engagement

  • Own end-to-end delivery of NetSuite implementations and enhancements for external customers
  • Actas the primary client-facing lead for solution design, delivery, and escalation
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships and serve as a trusted NetSuite advisor
  • Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, and executive-level presentations
  • Manage client expectations, scope, risks, and change requests

NetSuite Solution Leadership

  • Design and oversee NetSuite solutions spanning:
    • Finance & Accounting
    • Inventory & Warehousing
    • Manufacturing
    • Services / Project Management
  • Ensure solutions align with NetSuite best practices and customer business goals
  • Lead solution architecture for multi-module and integrated environments
  • Provide hands-on configuration and guidance for complex requirements

Functional Expertise

Finance

  • GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, Tax, Multi-currency
  • Financial reporting, dashboards, saved searches, and compliance

Warehousing & Inventory

  • Inventory and location/bin management
  • Receiving, picking, packing, shipping, demand planning

Manufacturing

  • BOMs, routings, work orders, WIP, production planning and costing

Services

  • Project accounting, resource management, time & expense
  • Billing models including T&M, fixed-fee, and milestone-based

Team & Delivery Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of NetSuite functional and technical consultants
  • Plan and manage delivery resourcing, utilization, and workload
  • Review designs and deliverables to ensure quality and consistency
  • Support onboarding, training, and career development of team members

Project & Commercial Management

  • Manage delivery timelines, budgets, and margin targets
  • Track project progress and report status internally and to customers
  • Support pre-sales activities including scoping, estimates, and solution validation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodology and assets

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of NetSuite consulting experience delivering solutions to external customers
  • Proven experience leading NetSuite implementations across Finance, Inventory/Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Services
  • Prior experience managing client-facing delivery teams
  • Strong understanding of ERP project delivery methodologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Suite Foundation, Financial User, etc.)
  • Experience working for a NetSuite Partner or SystemIntegrator
  • Suite Script 2.x or technical integration experience
  • Experience with global, multi-subsidiary NetSuite deployments
  • Background in pre-sales and solution estimation
