Role Overview
We pride ourselves on innovation, collaboration, and a customer-first approach. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly creative and proactive marketer to lead in the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns that drive growth and engagement. This is a newly created role to proactively execute our lead generation and campaign strategy across our SMB audiences within the group structure. Expertise in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and data analysis will be pivotal in creating effective campaigns that resonate with our target audience. As a key member of our marketing team, you will have the opportunity to shape our brand and drive our business forward in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role requires a blend of creativity, organisation, and analytical thinking, with a strong foundation in B2B marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign strategy & delivery
- Work with the Group Marketing Director to define, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives.
- Own campaigns end to end, from initial briefing and concept through to execution, measurement, and optimisation.
- Ensure campaigns drive measurable impact across lead generation, pipeline contribution, and brand visibility.
- Campaign execution & project management
- Lead delivery across multiple concurrent campaigns, balancing deadlines, budget, and quality.
- Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely, on brand delivery.
- Maintain clear project plans, milestones, and accountability throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Events & experiential marketing
- Take ownership of a busy calendar of customer engagement and new business events.
- Manage pre event planning, promotion, and awareness activity.
- Oversee post event follow up activity and performance analysis to maximise ROI.
- Sales enablement & content collaboration
- Work with content and sales stakeholders to produce high impact collateral including case studies, presentations, and sales support materials.
- Build and maintain a scalable marketing and sales asset library aligned to buyer needs and sales stages.
- Data, reporting & optimisation
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
- Share insights and recommendations to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Use data to inform planning, prioritisation, and investment decisions.
- AI, innovation & continuous improvement
- Champion innovative approaches to marketing delivery, including AI driven ideation, optimisation, and automation.
- Explore new tools, channels, and techniques to improve efficiency, targeting, and outcomes.
- Collaboration & stakeholder management
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Act as a trusted marketing partner to sales and leadership teams.
- Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a B2B marketing or campaign‑led role, ideally within IT, telecoms, or technology
- Strong understanding of B2B audiences, buyer behaviours, and lead generation dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans
- Excellent project management and delivery capability across complex initiatives
- Commercial mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and ROI
- Confident communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
