Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative and proactive marketer to lead in the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns that drive growth and engagement. This is a newly created role to proactively execute our lead generation and campaign strategy across all pillars within the group structure. Expertise in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and data analysis will be pivotal in creating effective campaigns that resonate with our target audience. As a key member of our marketing team, you will have the opportunity to shape our brand and drive our business forward in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy: working with the Marketing Director to define, develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Campaign Execution: responsible for every stage of campaign development, from ideation and design to execution and measurement, ensuring our campaigns deliver measurable results and drive business growth.
  • Events: leading on a busy calendar of customer engagement and new lead generation events with pre-event planning and awareness through to post event follow-up support actions and analysis.
  • Sales Enablement: working with content to create a library of varied collateral – case studies, presentations, or internal sales support materials – to equip the sales teams.
  • Collaboration: building and maintaining relationships with internal teams as well as external vendors and partners to support campaign execution.
  • Analysis: share analytics and reports about how our campaign efforts are performing, seeking ways to optimise performance and improve ROI.
  • Innovation: always looking for new and better ways to achieve our goals, whether that be embracing AI or thinking outside of the box.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a marketing and/or campaign-based role (ideally within IT, Telecoms or Technology).
  • Strong understanding of B2B audiences and behaviours with commercial awareness for driving lead generation.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail for accuracy and consistency.
