TalkTalk Fibre Break

We are currently experiencing a large scale outage affecting leased lines and EFM connections with TalkTalk Business. Early indications show this is limited to the East Anglia region and DSL connections are unaffected.

Engineers are currently investigating the issue as a Priority 1 incident and further updates will be available shortly.

    TalkTalk have rebooted a number of core devices in order to restore service. This appears to have been successful in some areas although we are still seeing a significant number of affected services.

    The remedial work to restore services to all impacted exchanges remains on-going. It has been identified that a further number of exchanges in the southern regions are impacted by this issue. We are expecting a further update at 11am
