Most sessions appear to have now recovered, however investigations are ongoing with regards to the root cause of the outage. If you are still experiencing a connectivity issue please conduct a power cycle of your equipment. The drop in sessions witnessed during this outage came as a result of TalkTalk losing a link between a core router in the Brentford Datacentre and Harbour Exchange, with all customers routing through the latter experiencing a loss of service. We are still awaiting confirmation of the root cause, however this will only be made available following a thorough retrospective investigation by TalkTalk.
