37 hours a week (Monday to Thursday 9 am-5.30 pm, Friday 9 am-5 pm)

Role Overview:

The Telco/Unified Comms Support Administrator will play a key role in organising and offering administrative support to the sales team pre and post order where connectivity or Unified Comms orders are placed.

The primary duty will be to liaise with Account Managers, customers, Fluid One Sales Support and order gateway during this process to help ensure transactions move smoothly.

You will be confident in managing relationships in order to get things done and thrive under pressure. You will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and an unfaltering presence against objections.


Main Duties:

  • Ensuring accuracy and timely completion of the Connectivity and Unified Comms sales order process.
  • Ensure the sales team achieve their deadlines in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Administrative tasks.
  • Provide essential pre and post business administration support to the sales team and Solutions Specialist.
  • Update and maintain CRM records to a high standard.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients resolving administrative queries.
  • Process orders.
  • Provide quotes using DASH when required.
  • General Sales Support duties such as order processing, invoicing, liaising with   suppliers.
  • Assist the sales team with in life requests for additional UC licences.
  • Assist with escalations if/when required.



  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach is crucial to this role.
  • Must be a keen collaborator and build key relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
  • The ability to effectively multitask.
  • Exceptional organisational skills are key the success of this role.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office package is a must.
