Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm

Role Overview

Although heavily service oriented we consider Sales Relationship Management to be a crucial business development role. Supporting the sales leads and working closely with the service delivery teams, primarily the Sales Relationship Manager will drive, manage and own the onboarding of FluidOne connectivity services from signed order to go live.

In addition, the role includes attending and contributing to service review meetings and providing onsite customer support when required.   By providing our customers with the highest level of support and service we are better placed to develop the account and introduce other products and services from the FluidOne portfolio.

You will be confident in managing relationships to get things done and thrive under pressure. You will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and be exceptionally customer focussed.

Main duties

  • Oversee the End to End onboarding of FluidOne connectivity solutions to your assigned accounts
  • Provide customers with visibility of order progress and proactively escalate where potential issues are identified
  • Support the Sales lead in preparation for service review meetings.
  • Ensuring contractual service obligations are met through effective SLA management
  • Provide onsite customer support

Experience / Qualifications

  • Knowledge of data connectivity onboarding/service implementation
  • Experience of business/corporate account management
  • Knowledge of Telecommunications industry
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Familiarity with Account Development Plans
  • Excellent telephone manner, with a calming ability to deal with potentially sensitive escalations
  • Can demonstrate excellent organisational, time management and administrative skills and ability to effectively co-ordinate company projects
  • Demonstrable written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure and with time constraints
  • Excellent attention to detail
