Role Overview 


Working across the Purchasing and Projects team, your role will be to work to a high standard with 
strong attention to details and data reconciliation skills, with this role you will be working closely 
with the renewal’s administrator, sales and project management. 

 

Responsibilities:


• Producing sales quotations of Licenses & Hardware maintenance against the customers 
estates.
• Engaging with Customers to confirm order placement.
• Updating and maintaining estate records for customers licences and hardware cover.
• Working closely with account managers and renewals team for processing of customer 
contract renewals.
• Assisting the Project management team with scheduling requests for engineer and resource 
distribution. 
• Attending client calls for coordination of project installs and keeping records updated. 
• Ensuring project service and hardware trackers are updated and maintained. 
• Any ad-hoc duties as requested by your line manager.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential
• The ability to effectively multitask
• Exceptional organisational skills are key the success of this role
• Knowledge of Microsoft office package is a must, and experience in Excel essential
