Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle DBA / OBIEE & ODI Developer to join our dynamic team. This role demands a technically proficient individual with a wide-ranging skill set and an aptitude for rapidly grasping new technologies. 

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Oracle OBIEE and ODI development and administration, ideally coupled with skills in other technologies such as Oracle Apex, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MS SQL Server. The ability to work autonomously, meet new challenges with enthusiasm, and excel across various domains is paramount. Candidates who possess skills in scripting, software development, or other related technical areas will have a distinct advantage. 



  • Develop and maintain systems within Oracle OBIEE and ODI.

  • Offer break-fix solutions and development services for existing intricate OBIEE and ODI applications.

  • Monitor database and application performance, identifying and rectifying issues as they arise.

  • Be willing to own issues at all levels through to remediation.

  • Manage requests / tickets and maintain SLAs with clients.

  • Craft and execute backup and recovery strategies as necessary.

  • Uphold stringent security and integrity controls.

  • Guarantee the accuracy and integrity of data.

  • Streamline processes for optimal end-user performance.

  • Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure the successful deployment and      integration of systems.

  • Produce and update relevant documentation.

Required Skills & Experience: 

  • Extensive experience with Oracle OBIEE and ODI development and    administration.

  • Experience as an Oracle DBA.

  • Stellar problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal qualities.

  • Capacity to operate independently and within a team framework.

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adhere to tight schedules.

  • Agility in a high-velocity environment and swift adaptability to change.



  • Knowledge of other database technologies.

  • Proficiency in other integration, analytics, and reporting products.

  • Experience with Oracle EBS.

  • Knowledge and understanding of scripting / code (e.g. Python, JS)

 Potential candidates must either possess a security clearance or be open to undergoing the clearance procedure post-employment.
