 Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic yet hands on storyteller and creative writer to help our business elevate its content marketing efforts. This is a newly created role to lead on the content strategy across all pillars within the group structure. Overall, you’ll own the brand voice and align to the business goals with the content marketing tactics you decide on. While there’s an element of strategy, we also want you to enjoy writing and creating content that supports our teams and resonates with our audience.



  • Strategy: working with the Marketing Director to define and deliver the content marketing strategy.
  • Brand Identity: to develop and consistently demonstrate the brand voice in all written outputs, producing original pieces and collating content from various sources with some level of technical understanding (training and support will be provided).
  • Press Releases: successfully capturing the essence of important business-affecting news in succinct PR articles and delivering this to appropriate media outlets in a timely fashion, with comprehensive coverage tracking.
  • Content Creation: create content (blogs, e-books, whitepapers, podcasts, videos, webinars and social media) to be used at every stage of the funnel with a focus on being informative, concise and relatable.
  • Sales Enablement: create a variety of content – case studies, presentations, or internal sales support materials – to equip the sales teams.
  • Inbound Marketing: follow the inbound marketing methodology to optimise content for search.
  • Analysis: share analytics and reports about how our content marketing efforts are performing.
  • Innovation: always looking for new and better ways to achieve our goals, whether that be embracing AI or thinking outside of the box.



  • Proven experience in a content role (either within Marketing, IT/Technology or Journalism).
  • Strong understanding of B2B writing and content creation with commercial awareness for driving lead generation.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional proof-reading and attention to detail for accuracy and consistency.
