Role Overview

The Compliance Manager will be responsible for the management and continual improvement of FluidOne’s Integrated Management System, and supporting accreditations, as well as seeking to drive continuous quality and efficiency improvements. In addition, they will be responsible for project managing the identification and completion of Cyber Security improvement actions.

The role will be based out of the London office, with 2-4 days of home working or travel to our regional offices per week. Our offices are currently centred around the south of England, in London, Hemel Hempstead, Colgate and Cheltenham.

Main Duties:

  • Measuring, monitoring, and continuous improvement of quality across the organisation
  • Primary management of all aspects contained within the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring their integration into the daily working practises of the business.
  • Ownership of the various accreditations and standards held across the company
  • Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices, and put in place adequate monitoring and feedback loops to be able to demonstrate compliance
  • Manage stakeholder activity to ensure engagement with IMS responsibilities.
  • Conduct regular internal audits across the organisation to report on compliance across all standards/accreditations.
  • Manage the external audit process and ensuring auditors are provided the necessary information from around the business.
  • Chair the quarterly Management Review meetings.
  • Coordinate the completion of all continual improvement actions identified by internal and external activity.
  • Ensure continued business compliance to the GDPR and acting as the first point of contact for Data Privacy requirements.
  • Project manage compliance activity aligned with the NCSC’s Cyber Assessment Framework.


  • Relevant education and 5 years’ experience in a similar role required.
  • Proven track record delivering multiple simultaneous projects. PRINCE2 preferred.
  • Ability to identify weaknesses in processes and implement continual improvements.
  • Demonstrable organisational agility and proven multi-tasking capability.
  • Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail required.
  • Some experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Word, Excel and SharePoint.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have an excellent command of the written and spoken English language.
