We have completed a series of acquisitions over the last two years that have added significant scale, capabilities and products and plan to continue to grow organically and through further acquisitions. As a result, we now need to recruitment an additional accounts payable administrator to join the team.

Role Overview

As part of a team of two, your role will be to work within a high quality, accurate and timely accounts payable function. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices
  • Performing monthly and ad-hoc supplier statement reconciliations
  • Processing payment run
  • Processing staff expenses in line with company policy
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as requested by your line manager

About you:

A highly motivated individual with a positive personality and tenacity. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual to join the team who is keen to develop their finance skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail for data entry
  • Problem Solving skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role with an internal accounts team
  • Good IT skills including experience using Excel
