Also, the company offers a subsidised gym membership, uncapped holidays and beer fridge Fridays. This socially friendly environment encourages colleagues to become friends and to enjoy their workplace. The office allows music to be played during work time to further create a peaceful and stress-free atmosphere. Most offices/companies do not offer this therefore workers become tired and unhappy during their working hours.
